Making A Purchase To order our hampers, browse through the selection, identify the number of each you require, then follow the instructions through the checkout process. Your credit card details will be securely held on our system, before we process them at this end.

If you wish to order items from our delicatessen, please call us on 01631 566332. Please note that you must be over 18 to purchase alcohol in the UK.
Shipping And Handling Delivery to the UK is via Business Post for all hampers over 2kg and via Royal Mail for all items less than 2kg These are charge at cost to us. Northern Ireland is through DHL. No handling fee is applied.

Delivery to the Channel Islands is through Parcelforce. Mainland Europe is through DHL.



Delivery Schedule We deliver our products to anywhere in the mainland United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and various European Countries via Royal Mail, DHL, Parcelforce & Business Post. If you would like us to quote for delivery elsewhere, please contact us on 00 44 1631 566332.

If it is likely that no one will be in, please leave instructions of where to leave your parcel: In the garage, porch or with the next door neighbour. Please ensure the postcode is correct to reduce the chances of the item getting lost.
The Kitchen Garden cannot be held responsible for undelivered or mis-routed deliveries due to an incorrect address given by the customer. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of an order, please contact us.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Orders made from the UK or the European Union are subject to 15% VAT where appropriate.
